Inspirational Leader, formal collegiate athlete and now executive director are a few attributes of Michael Smith. A native FlintStone(Flint, Michigan) who puts his heart and soul into bettering the lives of others while transforming many youth and young adults all over the country.

Growing up in one of America’s toughest and poverty stricken cities, Michael managed to think far beyond the city limits of Flint, Michigan. The eldest of 5 brothers/sister, He credits his parents who encouraged and almost forced him to be involved with positive community organizations, participating in sports, while maintaining a high GPA.

Having a background in Business accompanied by Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to think beyond the realms of corporate America. With his business savvy and creative thinking, Michael was able to franchise a Colbert Ball Tax, create a non-profit organization focused on improving the quality of life for youth and with many other ventures to follow
